    Been using this service for several years now. Very convenient. If I may, I’d like to give a shout out to Francisco, one of the drivers. I’ve texted him personally to check on orders, request extra bottles, etc. and he has made deliveries for me in between my regular orders. I really appreciate the customer service.

  • Easy to use App

    It’s easy to look at billing, account, and to make adjustments to an upcoming orders.
  • NOT A 4.9 STAR APP!

    I’m not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. Probably bought all of them because this app is NOT a 4.9 star app. It NEVER works I always get the error message “Please try again in a few minutes. Contact customer support if the problem persists”. Well let me tell you Primo water customer “support” does NOT help. It’s 2023 and you guys can’t get it together! A company that’s doing business in 2023 should have a WORKING, FUNCTIONAL app or should really reconsider shutting down.

  • App is always wrong

    The new app is terrible. Everything is wrong, the number of bottles, the delivery dates, etc. I have to log on to the website most of the time, making the app useless. I only need to log on often because the service in Atlanta has become completely unreliable.
  • Unreliable and shoddy service. Avoid this company! Don’t trust the positive reviews

    We rely on this water service primarily for our baby’s safe water needs but it has been unreliable and shoddy. A couple of weeks before Christmas the delivery guy under delivered and did not take back all the bottles saying he didn’t have space and would come back next week. Never showed up. Customer service claimed to then schedule one for next day. Instead it became a few days later. Which got delayed again and finally never got delivered. This water company has left us high and dry for the holidays without any water. What is the point of a water delivery service of they cannot even deliver? Avoid this unscrupulous company that doesn’t even care or do anything when you complain.

    Update: Even after complaining to corporate headquarters it’s been crickets. I’ve been close to a month without any deliveries. I contacted my locally owned competing water delivery service instead and it seems everyone in my area has been calling them to switch. Make your conclusion based on that as to how much this company cares about its customers.
