  • Delivery did not match the app

    I have been here for each delivery so I have confirmed the correct amount needed. I was not here for the last order. I changed my order on the app but the driver left 4 because “that was how many machines we had” and did not do what the app/order said. I had a good deal of extra water. When I called, she said she would reach out to the driver but he never came back. So I gave the app 3 stars because it is easy to use but the driver would need to heed to the app’s instructions.

  • App problems

    Keep getting the same error when i log in to try again in a few minutes and call customer support if it persists. I uninstalled and re installed the app and problem persits

    I like Primo water company easy to managed order and very easy to use their website

    I am never able to login with this app. The website works and even with the exact same credentials, does not allow me to login. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Fix the login option!

    I would have to say that in the beginning. The service was great, all of sudden my deliveries kept getting skipped. Every time I called they could or would not give me a reason. I was supposed to get water every two weeks. Up to this point. I haven’t had a delivery in a month, so I had no choice but cancel my account. Just horrible service.

    It isn’t intuitive to find a his function.

    Order changes on line account are not always followed!
  • Simple Water Delivery

    No more store trips and bulk buying or walking up steps. Totally worth it. Dispenser is a one time fee. Sorry I took too long to subscribe.

  • Convenient App

    The app has been very easy to use. I’ve gone out of town & been able to adjust my delivery when needed. One improvement I would really like to see- the ability to use face scan for login. It’s a bit frustrating to remember your password & log in for each use.

    Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted to hear that you are enjoying our app! Our developers are working on FaceiD option for login. With our latest updates you should now be able to login and choose the "remember me" option, this will save your login info so that you do not have to enter your email and password when accessing the app. If you are still experiencing issues please email us at social@primowater.com and we will be happy to assist.
