Unreliable
The only reliable thing about this app is it’s unreliability! Constant errors when submitting observations. This time I uninstalled the app, but reinstalling it brought a new error! It can’t provide sites for the login process. This is frustrating, and a waste of time. And all Safety can say is “keep trying”, “It’s required to use SALUS”

App Fails Regularly
The app fails to work and must be deleted and redownloaded at least twice a month. The app issues take a significant amount of time and focus causing frustration around something that should be a simple quick task each day.

Broken
This tool has incredibly poor functionality. Most times that I log safety walks, it doesn’t even add to the monthly total. I can’t tell if what I’m doing will even matter for meeting my quotas. Other times it will just fail to submit repeatedly.
App is Often Broken
At least twice per month, the app fails to allow you to submit entries. This needs to be addressed as it wastes the operators time to need to delete the app and redownload it or wait days for the issue to be resolved so the entries can be submitted. If this is going to be a required part of the job, it needs to be reliable.

Doesn’t work
Stopped allowing me to put in safety walks. Tried everything, even uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Now I can’t even log into the app. This app is a joke and I need it to log in safety walks for my job.
Very slow
App needs to be updated. Many glitches found and still not addressed.

Why the photo at the end?. You have to write down everything first and then later look for the picture? i’ll make no sense. Put the picture first and then write down everything. That’s better
Doesn’t work after I updated last year.
Can we get an update on this I have 32 safety walls in the bin that won’t submit. All this happened after the app updated in 2022. Lame
