App Never Works
This app almost never works and gives a error every time you try to submit a safety walk form. I have to delete the app, re-enter all the information and try to submit the form again, sometimes that works but usually it doesn’t. I can’t believe this is required software for my job, what a joke.
Broken safety tool
Training associates not to use broken tools and reporting them is a core safety value. It is disappointing that this safety tool has been broken for over 4 months with constant reporting of issues. Horrible message being sent to front line operators
Have to delete never submits
Constant error message have to delete and re- install then it deletes everything. July I lost all safety walks. Never submits no matter what I do
Have to delete and reinstall at least once a month.
App will periodically not submit my safety walk and ask me to retry submitting but it won’t ever go through. I have to delete the app then reinstall for it to submit my safety walks.
Then all my history is gone and it is difficult to see how many I have completed each week.
