It rarely works! When it does, you’re usually connected to a doctor who’s not even in the country. It’ll take about 2-3 days to get a prescription sent to a local pharmacy. Connection is often bad and will be garbled the whole time or just disconnect.Aleianto

The app doesn't seem to work at all. I can't move forward in the system to select the country for either a call or telehealth appointment which means I can't request them at all with the app. I didn't realize it was so useless.
