Super Disappointing
I’ve only had the app for about a week, but it’s already a huge disappointment. Nine out of ten times that I open the app, it shows ONLY the child care appointments. Or only the open gym appointments.
If I go into the menu and tap on “fitness classes” it shows only the Peaks Ice Arena classes.
I actually went to the website and took screen shots of the schedule -I may not be able to reserve a spot in a class, but at least I know it exists!
It’s interesting that there are so many other “things” the app can do to help you spend more money at the Rec center, but you can’t check in using the app. Even Vasa’s crappy app would check you in. A card with a terrible pic that’s easy to lose? Come on guys. Do better.Show lessabmofa
PLEASE MAKE A WAY TO ADD MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM ONE ACCOUNT
There is no way to add more than one person from a single account. This makes it hard for families to sign up for the same class!!! Also please show how many spots are left in a classKatling020800
Next to useless if you can’t confirm your email address.
I’ve tried to sign up for classes and also reserve a spot for child watch through the app but it’s says I need to confirm my email address. Though it says a confirmation is sent it never is. Not in my spam folder, not in the the main inbox. Not anywhere.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. No luck.
There are so many features that would be AMAZING to utilize but I don’t have access to any them even though I have a membership.
It’s been 3 years since the last app update. Not hopeful that I’ll be able to benefit from this app anytime soon.Show lessdougglez
