Doesn’t work
I downloaded it and once I went I to the app it said to put in a email or phone number. I put in my phone number but this think popped up saying “error. Phone number not found. Try an email or contact costumer support.” And then the costumer support email thingy-
So then I put in my email and it still didn’t work. I’ve tried both over a million times by now and it just keeps popping up and doesn’t allow me into the verification thing.Show lesslook at ava camarena mrye

Loud sound every time you submit
The app in general works for it is suppose to do, which is to collect the answers for COVID 19 screening. And we have to use this app early morning and every time you submit it makes a loud sound based on your ringer settings. One star for not adding a simple mute button or making the sound optional, in spite of reaching out to support requesting this option for 6 months.Show lessBobbym17
