Leave a Review Summit + CityMD
Disappointed in Summit in general.
After my doctors appointment today, I truly believe Summit is all about $$$. I went to the doctors office to address some issues I’ve had in the last couple of days. The doctor listened, but couldn’t diagnose anything. He literally told me he had no clue what my symptoms could be, but I thought I saw him typing everything down. He tells me to go out to the receptionist and make some appointments with specialists. When I get to the receptionist, she has no idea why I’m there to talk to her and not only that, but she’s rude about it. I call to make a complaint today and of course, I can’t get through to patient relay. Of course if I was making an appointment, they’d be answering in a heartbeat, but the relay line doesn’t work at all. This is a joke.Show lessApp never works properly
Have not been able to sign in despite all the troubleshooting. Every time I need to visit urgent care for me or a family member the admin staff has to resort to pen and paper sign in. To get results, I’m routed to the web browser, and end up in an endless loop. Also beware: if you have Blue Cross and visit on a weekend they are “unable to verify insurance” and so you will be billed out of pocket and must submit to insurance on your own. Just not at all the kind of service or convenience expected in the 21st century.Show lessUseless
All it does is spin and you’re waiting and waiting and it never stops. If you want look at your results that works about 40%. Trying to look at upcoming or check-in’s work about 5% of time.
Looking at urgent care what is listed is not the actual time you're there. You may check in which self check in which I do like. However your actual to see a doctor or get results from a test can be 45 minutes or longer. Had a rapid Covid test done I waited over 90 mins for the test results.Show less
