  • Doesn’t work

App won’t even load. A blank white page loads up and nothing else...

    Developer Response

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We have made some changes and have deployed fixes to make it more stable. We encourage you to give us another try!
  • This app is a joke

As someone with depression & anxiety I thought this would really help me - NOPE boy was I wrong. During an anxiety attack I tried to use it for the first time. 5 hours of waiting - talked to 4 representatives all told me to wait for them to connect me to a specialist and only to be disconnected cus of the stupid app mechanism/ manually (it shows that the person logged out of chat).
The idea of the app is a really good and could really benefit a lot of people - but its poor execution and design just makes it pointless and counter-productive :( caused me MORE stress. Please have it work like it’s advertised or just take it down.

Hi, We are sorry to read about your experience. However, we would like you to know that it is not technically possible to wait 5 hours in a chat session. Thus, unfortunately, your session probably timed out due to either toggling away from the open chat window or backgrounding the app. If you would like to provide specific details about your case, please email health.feedback@nyu.edu. We would be happy to support you, but we believe that the App Store is not a confidential method of communication for discussions containing personal health information.
  • Finally

Finally I can chat with the Wellness Exchange through an app. Please add video options next. It’s almost 2020.
