Failed transaction and verrrry poor customer reference
After written several mails as per my failed transaction and up till now have not gotten any feedback nor reversal . This is becoming very embarrassingDeunfar
Totally broken
Sterling bank have been a big problem my life lately since about 2 weeks now and till now… how can someone send funds to me and it appeared on incoming after about some hours the money disappeared,it wasn’t seen in the available and both incoming transaction this have happened repeatedly and they should know they customers who beacon on there services this have really caused problems for many… what if the money was for a hospital bill payment???

What sort of a bank keeps customers stranded for over 72 hours? In a life threatening situation as this, making an excuse of upgrading system that can be done in developed countries in less than 24 hours. This is disgusting and unacceptable in this age of AI and machine learning. All the bank keeps saying is almost done from September 1st till today 5th you are still upgrading?Show lessagkm01
