Bad Network Bank
Currently your bank app have been useless, not for once not for twice but it’s becoming a reoccurring issue with you bank network especially during the night. My advice is never use sterling bank when you’re outside in a restaurant, club or for any outdoor purpose that needs paying for any emergency services because at the end you’re gonna get disgraced and embarrassed because you won’t have network to pay!!! Faced a major disgrace while I ate and no network to send my funds because of this bank reoccurring network issue which lasted for hours.Show lessStevenSkyy

How can someone wake up one money and notice 250k has been stolen from his account from your app and up till now no one is doing nothing about it from the bank and your customer care. The most annoying part I was the one who introduced to your bank now he sees me as a bad friend.JabinRobin

Excellent Bank
I have been with Sterling bank for over 4 years so i took my time to write this review.
I have transacted 100’s of transactions and found this bank to be the new generation bank with Sophisticated tool.
The level of service is top-notch and quick. Be it you are outside of the country using the app to send to money to Sterling or other bank customers or you are visiting Nigerian and still be able to use your debit card to collect cash at ATMs or you need to top your Nigerian photo line to keep it valid. All these services are within customer reach without any bogus unnecessary paperwork.
The self service capability using AI/OCR for self validation via selfie to allow customer to change transfer limit as needed is impeccable and work effortlessly.

I wasn’t a fan of the older version of this App. It was clumsy , very unappealing and difficult to navigate. This new App however is a whole other story. The look of it is great and it is easy to use. Well done Sterling.Ali Rayne
