  • Easy

    Sterling experience is hassle free, very good and customer friendly.
  • Disaster

    Can never go 1 week straight without having a network problem. I am tired of calling customer care for any reason. The most recent is buying a 1000 naira MTN data, never got the data, never got my money back. It is a disaster.
  • Disgusting support

    This app is just another over ambitious project executed very poorly. The customer support is very difficult to access as they keep you waiting longer than you ever planned for. Or imagined.
  • Concern on session number.

    For me I love the new interface on the app and some physical changes but I’m concern there’s no session number in the transaction receipt. It’s just appears blank. Pls do some technical solutions on it so people can use it to issue a dispute when there’s a transaction problem occur. Thanks 🙏
  • Horrible experiences

    Sterling Bank keeps deducting money from my account without it reflecting on transaction history.

    I only started to notice when I stopped depositing huge amount of money in my account.

    One time I transferred #500k into my account, only #450k reflected in my available balance.

    Another time I had #250k balance in my account, two days later I logged into my account and my available balance was #150k.

    Horrible Horrible experiences, I will be closing my account.

    I advise everyone to keep an eye on their balances.

  • Sterling one bank app

    Currently your bank app have been useless, not for once not for twice but it's becoming a reoccurring issue with you bank network especially during daylight nd the night. My advice is never use sterling bank when you're outside in a restaurant, club or for any outdoor purpose that needs paying for any emergency services because at the end you're gonna get disgraced and embarrassed because you won't have network to pay!!! Faced a major disgrace while Iate and no network to send my funds because of this bank reoccurring network issue which lasted for hours.

  • Loving it

    It’s easy to Navigate, it’s banking simplified and its fun, I just haven’t been able to get around updating my phone number and would love to see savings pots as an added feature.
  • Statement generation not working

    A good app let down by the statement generator. It doesn’t and has never worked.
  • Account locked

    It’s a great app. I have been using it for a about a year now. But i have been locked out of my account for about a week now. I tried logging in, it said ‘’account locked, kindly contact administrator’’
    I need help please. I need my account unlocked.
  • Improving but poorly programmed app

    You are improving but your app is poorly programmed in some particular sections. I commend you for including a new feature which makes it possible for one to submit a dispute per transaction. This has been a feature in my union bank mobile app for years but I was happy the moment I saw it in your app. Now the major issue I’m having with your app is that this per transaction dispute feature is buggy! The keyboard is buggy in that section. The dispute says that one can’t submit and empty dispute without details…but then when a user taps on the field to bring up the keyboard to type, after typing the details of the dispute, There is no way to return the keyboard or exit it. It ends obstructing the submit button below. This unfortunately renders the dispute section useless because you can’t submit the dispute details after typing and you can’t also submit an empty dispute which actually shows the submit button when you have not tapped the empty field to bring up the keyboard to type. I hope you understand my explanation. I look forward to fixes regarding this in your upcoming updates. Stay safe!
