Apple Watch control desired
When (if ever) will an Apple Watch interface be added so that the devices can be controlled and adjusted without directly using the iPhone app?

When I was being tested and financed, this company couldn’t be more helpful. They told me I was all set up with my insurance and they would pay $2500 and I could finance the remainder and if paid off in a year, there would be no interest due. (The financing was through Syncrony , a company I’ve had bad luck with before. Because of their high interest, I made double and triple payments. When it was paid off early, they lowered my credit limit!) I got no paperwork until I requested it. I submitted it to insurance. They said Hear.com was not one of their preferred providers and the bill wasn’t coded properly. I contacted the company and they said they’d take care of it, but I haven’t heard anything since. The hearing aids worked perfectly when I got them, but some features are no longer available . I called them and they said my phone software wasn’t updated (it is supposed to be automatic). I got that taken care of, but the aids still don’t do all they are supposed to.

App is sluggish
App sometimes is very slow to respond. App sometimes doesn’t respond at all. But the app looks like it was created by fourth graders.

Very successful
New hearing aids!!! Absolutely very excited about my new hearing aids. This was an easy and excellent move! Office staff is very friendly and Scott is seriously helping make this a great move toward better hearing and more comfort. Good hearing is a terrific gift!
Great app - hoping for iOS 17 support
This app is amazing. iOS 17 is of course not yet released.
