This app is very easy to use. Once you are fitted correctly, the app assist one the ability to adjust volume and control background noise.
Does not meet accessibility guidelines
Several elements (buttons) do not have text labels. Also, there is no non-visual indication ifor what mode is selected. Yes, people with no vision need hearing aids, also. I am totally blind and use the iOS app to control my hearing aids, and it seems that, once again, the app developers only considered visual access.
As for the hearing aids, they keep switching sound from one to the other, and that makes it to understand what is being said, when listening to Voiceover on my iPhone. This is when using them close to the phone, or farther away. This also happens when listening to other speech, such as podcasts on my Anazon Echo. Very annoying!

losing connection
has anyone else have problems with losing their bluetooth connection to their iphone. very frustrating. happens daily
Easy to use on iPhone
I recently got a new pair of hearing aids - and downloaded this app to be able to use all the features. I was amazed by the amount of technology this tiny hearing aid has, and how easy it is to use as well. I’m very happy with it!
The remote works the settings don’t
The controls for the hearing aids works although they removed the tone control which makes it less useful.
The settings part of the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize the Bluetooth connection despite the fact that the remote works through the app’s Bluetooth connection.

Very Easy To Use
This app is set up in a way that makes it simple to control the direction of the microphones and to use the Speech Focus and Relax Mode. It made a huge difference when a group of people were talking and I needed to understand the person across from me. The experience was amazing.
