When you get logged out you can't control your hearing aids
Who in their right mind thought it was a good idea to create a system where being logged out means you can't adjust your volume?
I'm on a camping trip without service and when I open the app it wants me to authenticate again.
So I spend the next several days unable to hear as well as I would like because someone brevet considered that connectivity might not be continuous?
These are not toys. You're not locking people out of Candy Crush. You're preventing people from hearing properly so you can collect data?
These are not a real solution until this is fixed.Show lessmandated-nickname
Not quite ready
At least one app setting, spatial sensitivity, gets reset every time I recharge the hearing aids. Must in some way be my fault but I can’t find out how to increase one of the aid’s sound level relative to the other. Sony must think once they’ve been set up, everything is OK…higonnet
Need to save Fine Tuning settings
Like these alot. Takes awhile getting them set for the day and then when I recharge them, the custom settings are back to default!
Anxiously awaiting an app update allowing a save for all settings.tee hee bone
