App doesn’t work
I can’t get signed in to be able to adjust my sound settings because every time I try, the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled, made sure my phone has more than enough room available to run the app, etc. I don’t need games in the app, but I don’t think it’s asking too much for the app to be functional so I can control my hearing devices.OliveMax: App won’t connect with iPhone
It’s very frustrating that the app won’t sync with my iPhone. I’ve rebooted the system and also reloaded the app, but no success. Let’s see how responsive the tech support to my issue. This issue seems to be a recurring problem with many owners of this product.Developer Response

Update about a week ago, seems to be bad. It updates and shows the new version. Then next time I log in it tells me I need to update again. This has happened every day. Also it show one of ears is not working but I can tell it is. Please fix the update process and be sure it is working. Using iPhone 14 max with current version of IOS.Developer Response
