The app is good, but it needs a watch complication so it can be locked to the watch face.
UPDATE: while the developer keeps saying that the app can be mirrored on the watch (which it can), they do not seem to understand what a complication is and seem uninterested in the need for one.
A complication is not the same as having an app on the watch. Many other hearing aid manufacturers that put out an app are far better designed and not only have complications on the watch, but those apps also work with Apple shortcuts.
Until the developer realizes these differences and addresses the needs for them, this will only be a 2-3 star app at best and remain way behind its competitors.
