Glitches
The game is really fun, but I ran into several problems. The first one is that the sound stops playing and requires me to restart the app to fix it. The second one is though I’ve only been playing for a few hours and have spent none of my gold, suddenly my gold is -16,000 and all of my gems vanished. I didn’t buy anything. I didn’t spend anything. I spent 70 of my 100 gems to speed up a book, but I spent nothing else. Literally haven’t gotten anything in the store. So idk why my money is now irredeemably low. Like there is NO way I can ever recover from that??????? I sent an email to support. Currently waiting on a response.
EDIT: I opened the app up and now it’s at -7000 gold…. Still not great.

I love this game and play all the time, however, one of my friends recently pointed out that I’m still playing an older version of the app that doesn’t offer power-ups. I had no idea that I was missing this feature among others. I’ve checked my app to see if I’m up to date—I am. And I’ve also deleted and re-downloaded with no luck. I tried contacting support through the app, but the button to reach out doesn’t work. Confused and a little upset that I’m not receiving the full suite of gameplay, especially since it’s an overall awesome game.Show lessFun game, but features make you accidentally use gems
The game is fun, but the books, gems, and gold are unnecessary. I don’t see the point. Regardless, the new feature that allows you to extend your game time for gems is frustrating. First it makes the game unfair, since one person may be able to buy more time while another can’t. It leans the game toward people who pay money. Also, the option to extend time pops up right over the board, so if you’re working fast to enter words, you accidentally click it, spending gems you never intended to spend. All of my gems were accidentally spent quickly when this feature was added and not as I intended. I definitely wouldn’t buy more to throw them away accidentally.Show lessDeveloper Response
