App doesn’t work
I’ve tried multiple times to enroll. It lets me scan the front of my DL no problem, flip it to the back and it just has a loading symbol then says it failed to scan. I click for support/help and it says the site is not available. I’m an Iowa LEO, would love to try this out, but so far it’s a flop.hittman4

Had to reinstall the app as it would not scan the back of the card. Second time worked.Pradeep77

Every Iowans should have this App on there phone, you can never be wrong with it, If you forget your ID at home or somewhere and need to do something that requires ID verification. This App gotcha . Go for it Iowans💪lambert1000

Awful set up experience
I’ve tried this app on two separate iPhones. 14 Pro and 15 Pro. Both times the app refuses to capture a photo of my ID during the set up process. I’m holding extremely still and have tried holding the phone far away, and close. When I hold it close the photo capture is blurry, when far way and not blurry it’s too far to capture.
