Refreshing a company that ACTUALLY cares a company that actually wants to continuously improve in service a company that is continuously asking for your input on ways they can improve aimply because they WANT TO I cant praise Abel and Cole enough ive had moments where I thought I was going to get paid and got paid late or moments where I had family emergencies and couldnt pay for a few days after receiving my order and Abel and Cole were completely understanding and HUMAN and allowed me to pay at a later date compassion and empathy is something MOST companies lack but not Abel and Cole theyre morals are high which means their standards are even higher

Life changing !
Able & Cole has actually been life changing for me . Suffering with a serious health issue for years & needing to get my diet right had been such a challenge . I can get everything I need from them . I get organic fruit & veg & can make great bone broth from the carcass they sell . The micro greens & mushrooms are a great add on when I’m burnt out but need good nutrition . Great choose of dairy free & gluten free . They even cover my digs needs . We are healthier & happy .
The delivery is convenient. The lack of plastic covering my food is refreshing . Recycling is awesome .
My passion for helping sustainable farmers & producers thrive in the uk is met by using able & Cole . Plus I’m even spending less & waisting less . THANKYOU !

Really love Abel and Cole. Have been a customer for years. Great products and tells you what’s in season and local. Would love more soap and cream refill options and I find the app not the easiest to navigate. Still choosing Abel and Cole over any other option! Club zero is such a good initiative. Thank you

Excellent quality produce, meat, fish as well as all the fruit and vegetables. Exceptional milk and cream, dairy products. Firmly support the ethos of Abel & Cole as a company supporting and nurturing the relationships established with farmers and growers of the products that are sold. The cultural ethos is clearly embedded into how the company is run in many different ways and I will continue to support and buy from a company such as this for the ethical considerations as well as the options offered that no other comparable business currently match. Well done that your service is supplying proper food not from - The Frankenstein laboratory and other poor additives and modifications supplied with additives and chemicals place upon humanity. If companies don’t look after societies health the business trade can possibly go down due to short lifespan amongst human beings . However it is heard from potential customers as an complaint I.E: products sold here could be more cheaper and would help more consumers to take pride in spending with The Abel & Cole Trade Industry amongst the population. Thank you.

Good app, and to improve…
App has all the main bases covered well. Very easy to find items, update my order and manage my account , and not “buggy” in my experience. But to improve… 1) allow us to read product reviews within the app 2) allow us to access your excellent recipe archive within the app and c) allow the app to work in landscape for tablet/iPad users.

Quality
The first couple of boxes were very good, after that we had quite a few items that we didn’t order in the boxes. We have also had a quite afew items that have been well past there best (very over ripe/ bruised or even mouldy) so we have decided to stop deliveries, so we can quality control our own!

I used Abel & Cole 20 years ago and was very pleased with the produce. Tried again in pandemic lockdown, but was disappointed. Recently decided that I needed more healthy ingredients in my diet. Really pleased with the quality and freshness. Unfortunately I’ve been ill, and unable to cook and use any of the delivery . Have therefore temporarily cancelled my order. I’m sure I’ll be back once I’m back to normal. I’ll take care not to over order next time as the boxes are so full!

Good but slow
The app is good and you can do almost everything you need to work Abel & Cole in the app. The app is quite slow and it takes a long time to load into the app, then to load product list or even to load a WebView for receipts.
Two great improvements would be:
- a dietary requirement filter, so I can choose to only see vegan products
- a way to communicate with you asynchronously, for if I have a query when your phone lines are closed
