  • Dark pattern

    Be careful! This app uses dark pattern to charge you more than what you expect. I’m never using this app again, worst app!!!

  • Good but beware

    I had purchased a months premium with an additional extra purchase to target certain areas for an additional £7. All was going well until day 3 when it wouldn’t let me load the exercises without accepting a free 3 day premium trial which came with a purchase of £6 something a week and would have started on 17th September!
    I accepted because it was the only way it would let me continue with the programme I had already paid for. It’s safe to say that I cancelled the subscription straight away after feeling somewhat cheated by the whole thing! The exercises were good and the demonstrations were fairly clear but that just left a sour taste in my mouth and made it very confusing around payments. I shouldn’t have had to sign up to a free trial when I had already paid for a month of premium!
    I would have requested a refund there and then if I thought there was any chance of getting my money back!
    Disappointing.

  • Face yoga

    I really enjoy doing my face yoga, I hadn’t done it for a while and definitely noticed the difference and really need to do every day so I stay looking younger! Highly recommended to others thinking about it!

  • Be careful! Auto renewal included in T&C

    This is the worst app I have seen for facial yoga. The videos nothing like their ads.
    They know they are hiding in the terms and conditions the Ayo renewal plan. So you believe it’s worst a try because it’s on sale? Well think twice. Do you a favor and save your money don’t try this App.

  • I am actually seeing and feeling a difference!

    i kept seeing adverts for Luvly. i decided to sign up for the 3 months knowing i wouldn’t be able to do it every day but would fit it in when i could. im actually impressed! ive only done 9 lessons so far and i am actually seeing and feeling a difference! i also find the lesson really relaxing so its like a bit of self care before bed 🙏🏻

  • Great app.

    Lovely videos, very helpful and informative. I like the app functionality. The only thing that hasn’t worked for me is scanning products from The Ordinary because they don’t have a barcode on the bottles, which is a bit of a bummer.
    Everything else is pretty cool. Excited to work nurturing my skincare routine with this added boost of techniques and exercises

  • No ‘free’ trial - charged straight away!!

    Terribly misleading. Offering a free 3 day trial and charging straight away. I work in CS for a subscription based program so understand how a trial should work, hence cancelling immediately (so I can decide if I want to pay without being charged for forgetting to cancel). So, you can imagine my surprise and frustration when I check my email later that day and find a receipt for my ‘purchase’. Absolutely disgusting. I had every hope in buying and using, but now I have disputed the charge with Apple and will not be keen to return.

  • Love this App

    I stumbled across Luvly about a year ago due to going through menopause and mid 40’s dull skin and generally feeling run down. This app is easygoing, relaxing, enjoyable, I do this most evenings before I sleep it totally relaxes me, a little like meditation. The results on the skin are not immediate but I have found that my skin looks and feels more healthy and slightly lifted after sessions. For me it allows 15 minutes of me time and I love that.
