No connection to paid subscription

Last year March 2023, somehow I was able to create an account but never went through getting a subscription, however, November 16/24, I decided to try the subscription, paid and apparently created another account. When I tried to access my account, the app is confused and will not give me access stating I have already created an account. I have written an email to your company asking for support, but no one is there to answer my problem directly and is only giving me links that end up with the same results. Can someone please contact me otherwise I would like to cancel my subscription which I have had no access to for a whole month!

Excellent instructions

I have only been using Luvly for two days so I don’t see results yet but after today’s exercises, I can definitely feel that I have worked the muscles in my face. I work out on a regular basis and it just makes sense that working the muscles in your face would tone them up just like any other part of your body. I don’t know why I haven’t tried this before. I feel like see results quickly doing these exercises. I also really appreciate the straightforward and easy to understand the verbal instructions along with the videos, if you feel like you are definitely doing the exercises correctly. Many other times when I have tried to do other exercises I never feel like I am doing them properly or getting the full benefit. I need to take a before and after photo to see my true progress. I am 56 years old and I am seeing the start of some sagging in my jaw line and around my neck. I purchase the 90 day program and I am really hoping to see some results in these areas.

Scam- they make it impossible to cancel if you sign up for a trial

Scam- they make it impossible to cancel if you sign up for a trial, there is no email confirmation, also no reminders before auto renewal. Also I selected to not auto renew and they sent me the below, despite not receiving any receipt and me selecting not to auto renew. Also clunky app - kept being logged out and not able to access so tried on computer with same result. Over £55 for three months completely not worth it.

renewal terms are disclosed a few times during the registration:
On the purchase screen, before you commit
In the receipt we send immediately after the purchase

Self-love and subtle healing

I think ”Luvly” is a fitting name - every time I do a daily exercise, my self-love deepens, as I follow the prompts for self-care. The voice is gentle and loving (and the faces in the videos are sweet and beautiful).

I joined because I wanted to train myself to frown less and to have a happier appearance, and instead of it being a superficial work, it touches me on a soul level, for a deeper transformation. Lots of gratitude 💓☺️

RIP OFF!!!!

This is a rip off, because they ask you to pay initially (which I did, for a month’s access) and THEN they need another payment before you can access your personalised program! I have no idea if the exercises work (if there are actually any exercises, that is) because I can’t afford to pay the payment I have already made PLUS a much higher payment to access it!

I WANT A REFUND OF THE MONEY I HAVE ALREADY PAID!!!!

Developers, be honest about how much the program is going to cost, so that people can decide if they can afford it BEFORE they sign up!

Comforting + Lovely

Purchased out of vanity and discomfort (wrinkles and tension in my forehead, mildly rough skin, etc) and am in love. These excersizes feel soooo good. I’d do them everyday whether they eliminated wrinkles or not. My skin does feel notably softer and radiant after a handful of session!
