The app is good but..
It would be better.. if I can make a card payment on the app( not using my debit account). I wanted to pay my bill twice with my CC and it takes me somewhere else and I was never able to start.

With so many apps with way too many choices going around I really appreciate the simplicity of the UI app.

There are a couple things I would change about the app. 1. Add a are you ready to send me your payment button before you actually submit your payment so you can make any changes. 2. If you do have to cancel it because you submitted it wrong, it takes three days or longer to fix it before you can make a new payment

This app has made paying my bill so easy! And I can also check for outages and report issues in my area. Highly recommend.
Easy to manage
This app is very convenient and easy to handle. I recommend this app for everyone the you g and old. Once you set it up you are all set to pay you bill, you can check power outages, make arrangements to move. It is simply the best.

Great App but doesn’t work in Europe
Love this app but was very disappointed when I couldn’t pay my bills in Europe. I couldn’t access the app and the webpage in Europe. Not through the phone and not through the computer either which resulted being late with payment.

I appreciate the ease of just signing on each month and paying my bill with a click of a button. Easy peasy!
