If you don’t have this app, and you spend money constantly on printer ink, paper, client-pocketed pens, and bankers boxes, stop what you’re doing and download it.
This thing is a beast at saving time and effort with paperwork, (because there is none) checking ID’s, and I’ve saved $150 on printer cartridges already.
I set up an iPad for the front desk that only runs this app. You literally take the clients ID, take a photo of it with the camera, and hand the iPad to the client -they do the rest. At the end of reading and filling out, they sign with their finger. When their done and hand it back to you, it shows every allergy and/or chronic illness. You ok it with a staff code and BOOM -Everything is saved to the cloud as a PDF document.
Need to look up a client to see if they have release forms on file? You can look them up by phone number. You know when they came, the art they got (because, yes, you can upload that too!), and even how much you charged them. Takes literally 3 seconds.
The best part? You can add your own ‘informed consent’ wording to the release they’re signing, because it’s completely editable. I don’t do free touch-ups on hands and feet, so I need that there as well.
This thing has saved so much time, effort, and money, it’s crazy. Let’s not forget, it looks SO much more professional to the client.
The ONLY drawback to this thing....Because I’ve really tried to find something wrong with it...
If it came out sooner, I wouldn’t have 6 stacked bankers boxes of release forms chilling in my office. Lol. That’s the only negative I can find with this.
Tbh, the money they charge per month, isn’t close to what it’s worth. I’d pay $100 a month for this if I had to.
A+
