Great idea and makes documentation very easy due to correlating photos with comments! We loved the organization and breakdown of each room. Plus getting to define which room we were discussing with our own description makes it really clear. Only suggestion would be to allow uploads of photos from your phone’s library. It was an issue when we both had photos but could not share them and rather had to do the best within the app. Would recommend to other companies!

Helpful App with Room for Improvement in Customization and Visual Guidance
is a helpful app for guiding property inspections, providing prompts on areas to check. However, it seems the configuration may not always match the specifics of each house, as it often asked for details that were difficult to locate in this particular property. It would be much more user-friendly if realtors could upload general photos or location references for each item, helping to reduce any confusion about what exactly needs inspecting. Overall, it’s a useful tool but could benefit from more adaptable configurations and visual references.

I thought the program was very good. I would ask the developer to do 2 things that I couldn’t figure out even after watching the on line video instructions. 1. The ability to upload your own pictures into the software system without have to use the program camera. If that is possible. I couldn’t work that out. 2. The ability to review your pictures taken wo having to exit the program camera. However, all things said it’s a very good program Thanks Dr Rick DAlessandro

Easy and Clean
The whole process was easy, the UI was neatly put together and clean so everything was easy to find and understand. My only recommendation is that each category has the ability to minimize; generally when you click on a different category it would minimize the previous, but it would be nice to have the option to manually minimize the current category that I’m on. Although maybe I just didn’t notice if there was a way to do so.

Smooth Move-In & Rental Process
The entire process from viewing the unit, submitting the application & deposit, all the way through getting the keys on moving day has been extremely easy & smooth! The staff has all been very courteous, accompanied & helpful! Ours was not only a move, but a relocation from another state, and this has been the easiest part of the whole process! Thank you for raking all of the stress out of this process!
