Issues from 3 years ago still ongoing . I’m living in same property address that has had 3 new owners. It still adds charges to my account from 3 years ago. Now have a new property management who chooses to use this app as well. I can no longer access my account. It keeps logging me into old property managers accounts who have since disabled it where you can no longer make payments . I was able to use app with new new owners until recently and I’ve only ever had one password saved for app at a time. App acts like old account is active adding new charges it’s ridiculous

Sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your account. Access to accounts is managed by your property managers. It's possible your new property manager has not activated your account. We advise reaching out to them directly though happy to take a look by emailing us from the email address used to access your account at online-portal@appfolio.com
