Convenient and easy to use
This is a great option for people with schedules outside of “normal” business hours. You have a week to turn it in which gives you the freedom to finish it at your own pace. The only thing I didn’t like about the process was there were certain sections on the walk through report that didn’t really pertain to the property but I couldn’t skip it to finish/submit the report. Other than that, it was extremely convenient and was easy to use.
