I like this app because you can do it any time, it’s super easy and fast.
Annual inspection went great
Very easy to do. Very detailed and thorough.. however I had done 2 rooms and all of that work taking all of those pictures didn’t save and I had to do it all over again. But it’s alright. I got it done finally. It takes a while to do but it’s a lot less invasive than having the management company come into our house and being nosey! :) thank you very much for this 2 hour long photo shoot of my lovely home!!! Bye!

I am extremely happy with how smooth their system works here at pure and attentiveness from their service and property melds, repairs or anything that comes up. Straightforward & Easy
Very straightforward and easy to use. Had no issues completing my inspection.
Simple and easy to use
zTenent is such an easy app to use! Very fast, simple the point. Fool proof! You don’t have to be a super techy person to use the app. Just simply download it, plug in the credentials sent to you by your property manager and then boom! You’re in there! All the sections are labeled with the part of the house that you will need to take a picture of. There’s even a comment section if you need to leave extra notes and also a section to leave any maintenance requests. I really enjoyed using this app and I look forward to using it in the future.

Amazing management
I recently used 10 star early this year. I was in a rush to move and they couldn’t have made it more effortless. I recently was promoted and moving out of state so I reached out to them about my options. They have made a very difficult time extremely easy!! Communication has been awesome and I would highly recommended this entire team. The maintenance team was on point immediately with the one issue I ran into on my move in and handled it perfectly. Thorough
This was a much more thorough inspection than we were expecting. However, we see this is a very good thing even though it took 3 to 4 hours to complete. You have to retake many pictures again and again for different sections and although it may seem like a pain it is definitely worth it, after what we have been through in the past as renters for the last 15 years. It gives me much more confidence in the management company. I would definitely recommend this to anyone managing a rental.
