Love HH and the app but app needs improvement
This is the best app and membership in the market! The only issue is with the technology part of the app not being very user-friendly. I’ve got a lot of meditations and books saved and some that I listen to daily. It is a pain to have to go through my 100 saved books and meditations to find the recently used one.
It would make the app 10 stars if there could be easier way to look at what’s been recently listened to and to get rid of stuff easier.Show lessGroupon customer

Thank you so much for the great feedback! We really appreciate you sharing your experience. We are planning updates to the Library to allow for easier navigation. In the meantime, you can remove any audios from your Library by tapping the heart icon on the audio again (that "unfavorites" it). You can also remove the audios from your Continue Listening carousel by scrolling to the end of the carousel and tapping the "Manage Continue Listening" button.Empowering!
When Hayhouse radio shut their doors and switched to podcasts, I was so sad. I listened to Hayhouse radio for many many years. This app, however, far exceeds my expectations for content!! It is amazing! Not only can I listen to archived radio shows (including Sylvia Browne!) but also current ones that offer so much. It IS empowering to listen! I’m in love with it! I love listening to audio books and I love the content that Hay House has. So, for that, I would have give five stars.
The app however could use some improvement. I have added over 100 titles to my favorites because there are that many audio books that I want to listen to. But the sorting of the titles in your favorites list is arbitrary and changes every time you go to open it.
I would love for there to be a way to select how your favorites list is sorted, by author, or alphabetical, for example.
It would also be helpful to be able to create my own playlists. I would love to be able to sort the audio books I want to listen to into categories. Sometimes I want to listen to a meditation and sometimes I want a tarot lesson. It would be nice to be able to find that without having to use the search bar or scrolling through 100+ titles to find what I was looking for.Show lessPhilo Sophia

It’s refreshing to be able to read as much or as little as you want and to have a few books to read at the same time and not have to pay an exorbitant price for such convenience. I love the selection of books you offer.The cute ones

I subscribed to Hay House unlimited Audio for two years (well, I bought it for my wife) and it is fabulous- so many wonderful, inspiring things to listen to!!! (And many of my favorite authors are with Hay House so lots to love) but as our spending priorities are currently elsewhere I was not going to renew yet… because it was on my wife’s account I didn’t realize I hadn’t cancelled and when the unexpected charge appeared on my bill I called their customer service line and spoke to an associate- it was by far the easiest and best call of this type I’ve ever made- she handled it for me and was so wonderful about it that I felt inspired to share- this company really appears to live their values!
