i’m just a high school student trying to make some money so i downloaded the app. with no heads up i signed up and everything just to find out they only serve in ohio. would have liked to know before i downloaded it in the first place.

I’m currently I’m the middle of summer and want to find a way to make a profit. So I saw this app and it looked perfect. But at the VERY END, IT SAID THEY WERE ONLY SERVING IN OHIO! Please tell us at the very beginning!!!!! 😡😡😡

This app COULD be great, but it literally doesn’t let you sign up. The phone number code verification doesn’t work.

Tandem is such an amazing service! I have found so many great jobs and formed so many lasting relationships with families through Tandem. As a college student in a town I did not grow up in, Tandem has taken the work out of finding babysitting positions for me, and I know that I am able to trust their service and the families I work with.

Useless App
I got a message from Indeed reaching out about some Nanny positions available for families. I’ve been on Tandem before and needed to install the app on my new phone. I seen before downloading this is a new updated app with better functions and easy use. I downloaded the app my email and password did not work. I clicked on forgot password and got a code texted to me. I put in the code and hit continue and nothing happens. I requested a code again and put it in and still nothing happens. After trying this three times I go online to Tandem where it says to become a provider side up in the app. So again it opens up the app and this time I tried to sign up. Put in my phone number with the new code texted and hit continue and once again the page does nothing. I closed it out did some troubleshooting on my end with my phone just in case, re read everything online that’s needed and geeze just to get signed up or signed in is apparently not a function in the app. So please save your time and do not try and continue.
