Avoid at all costs
Customer support takes a good week to get back to you and provide nothing helpful before you get to wait another week for a response.
Not great but not awful
Worst concern is support though. Weeks ago I decided to upgrade to the premium app. My profile is still showing the free app (which limits the number of entries).
And recently, my phone logged me out of the app. When opening the app now, I see the screen processing it’s normal “preflight” stuff and then the screen blanks. Can’t do anything.
I’ve sent many emails to customer support about both of these problems and have heard nothing back from them.
Pretty good app but if they can’t support it properly it isn’t worth the money.

Fantastic App with great support!
In addition the developer was unbelievably responsive in helping me import my company provided flight logs.
I would highly recommend this app to any professional pilots that want a hassle free way to keep their logbook updated.

Simple, doesn’t work
Disappointing, don’t waste your time on this app. Needs a lot of work to be anywhere near its competition.

Sorry you feel this way. We have improved quite a lot since you've left this review. Also connecting to RosterBuster has become easier. Before it was required to have the same account for RB Logbook and RosterBuster. Now you can also make the connection if you have separate accounts (e.g. if you used Apple Sign-in).
Not for commercial
Import is a nightmare. Many fields are mapped to pointless categories. Can’t customise what is displayed nearly enough.
Installed, fiddled, deleted.
No good enough.

Sorry you felt this way. We've taken your feedback seriously and import has been improved considerably. Customization of fields is also possible now. We've decided to go to market quickly and learn fast. Hope you are willing to try again and check out our progress, sometime in the future.
It’s gonna be good when it all works!
However, I’m struggling to get the import to work correctly (eg. apparently I’ve done no flights in any aircraft despite the flights tab showing plenty of flights in said aircraft).
Maybe a desktop uploader showing exactly what fields are required might be an easier way of working.
Looking forward to ironing out the bugs!
