Picture integration doesn’t work
App is all up to date and now I’m trying to take a picture of my explanation of benefits and it doesn’t move to camera or prompt me to allow camera access. Hot garbage. This should be easier.kjones623
App doesn’t sync with website
Why are there separate logins for the website (username) and app (email)? The only things that sync are the account balances. Claims submitted through the app don’t show up on the website (even after 24 hours).AWSteiny
What a let down…
This app needs a lot of work before it is ready for the public. Even the chat on the website told me to go to the old version to se my current total.MarkDupree
Why fix if it isn’t broken???
The old app has Face ID support and much better interface. This new app is done by a different team with a bunch of junior developers. A major downgrade.wayne.T

Face ID or Passwords Enabled
Please, please, please allow this app to use Face ID or at least let Apple Passwords ask me if it wants to remember my log-in.

Old app was BETTER!!!
When logging in you have to enter your password everytime which I never remember and you don’t have the capability of scanning products to see if it’s eligible on your FSA account. Need to upgrade the system or go back to the old way!Larankin
Verify button does not work
I need to reset my password because I had forgotten it, however, when I click forget password and then type in my email to verify that it is me, I am not able to click the “verify” button. I am, however, able to click on “cancel”.RiceCxke
Face ID?
The app is fine, and I’ve had no issues with it. Would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to remember login and password. How about making Face ID an option?JHawk129
Old app is better.
I liked the old app better. You could scan items to see they were eligible for Using fsa. It won’t save my password or let me use facial ID like the the app.Amk475
