The app could offer so much more than just the balance. Even a simple performance graph would be nice.

Very basic

Extremely basic compared to other superfund apps e.g. Aware Super.

Update your maintenance date

The message date on your maintenance popup is outdated. Its giving wrong info to customer

Really quite useless

Can’t see the fees I’m paying for my fund. Can’t see anything useful in terms of a return history. Only displays balance and a contributions history. Useless.

Cannot log in

After resetting my password, finding out my membership number and so on, the app still doesn’t allow me to log in

Would give it no stars if I could I wouldn’t even call it an app

Why even call it an app where you can only view your balance?
Are you listening to your customers with the information they want from an app?
This app should allow you to access all the information as per the Plum site rather than getting on a computer!
The information provided is also up to 5 days old?
Maybe with the transfer of new ownership they will listen to their customers and provide what customers actually want rather what they think they need.😡

No benefit

Can only see last contribution and total balance. Cannot see statements / contribution history.

Could do more

Would love to see this app updated like most other super apps where there is a lot more than just seeing last payment. My past super apps you’ve been able to access almost everything the same as web. Kind of makes this app pointless as you can’t do anything. I’ll delete and just use website.
