Extremely outstanding and leading Crypto currency app platform
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 70,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 260,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Alexcybertech01 [At] Gmail. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing two weeks i feel indebted to him. Beware of staking with Binance!
I’ve been using Binance US for a couple years. It requires you to be pretty savy. Some features are unavailable. Showing an average cost of your coins would be nice. Instead I get to gather all the past purchases myself and calculate the average cost of my coins. There are some advanced features that only apply to experienced traders. With some dedicated research you may be able to use the platform efficiently. I end up having to dig deep to find the information I want and then do all the calculations myself. Recently my staking rewards decrease by almost 72%. I contacted them to ask why and the CS person Leah, sent me to the explanation of benefits. A bot can do that! The information does not describe how they distribute rewards and specifies that rewards are not guaranteed and they are not responsible. You can lose everything! I wanted to hear that others are experiencing the same thing and it is due to lower gas fees due to fewer transactions. But a 72% decrease seems like a lot. So Leah bot. Lost wire transfers
Update: after about 4 weeks and 3 weeks of begging support team to credit my money to my account, my few hundred dollars were successfully found. But yeah, never again🤞 It has happened second time to me within a span of a few months that Binance lost my wire transfer. First time they found it relatively quickly (within two weeks of noticing it was lost), and now it has been almost a month and they still send me useless emails in response to my requests for my money back. They first told me that they rejected my wire (false, my bank verified that the money were accepted by binance). Then they said I did not properly fill out the deposit form with them (I did) and then they said I should anyways fill it agin and they will credit my account. But now the app gives me an error message when I try to fill out a wire deposit form. It used to list ACH transfer and apple way as ways to deposit usd, now it is only wire transfer. I find it very strange that a financial Organisation can just accept your money but not credit your account. Sigh. I am losing hope in recovering my funds by the minuteShow lessAfinA110

I had some cash and some bitcoin in my account. Tried to withdraw the cash to Apple Pay. Won’t let me. When I select Apple Pay as the payment method, it takes me to a screen which says I can use Apple Pay to add money to my account. So I wanted to see if I got the same blank page when trying to deposit via AP. Nope, no problem depositing (I didn’t go past the preview deposit screen, but I’m sure it would go through). Fortunately the total value of the account currently is $50, so not financially crippling. But if you can’t withdraw to where you can deposit from should be viewed with suspicion. TLDR: you can deposit via Apple Pay, but not withdraw into Apple Pay, which is not a confidence builder after the other crypto marketplace collapses. The best part? Apple Pay is the recommended method when adding a payment method.
Update: my Apple Pay complaint seems to be resolved: it appears to have been removed for depositing and withdrawing. However, my debit card info (last used for my deposits months ago), is only saved as a deposit method and would need to be input again to withdraw. Why? I hate this app whole heartedly. It is terribly designed and the worst part about it is, in an effort to stop any and all chargebacks they put a 10 day hold on your deposited funds despite whether they hit their bank account immediately or takes three days so this means for 10 days after immediately depositing you cannot access your funds for withdrawal. I could understand if they credited my account while waiting on the funds but that was not the case and now I’m over using this terrible app and still can’t withdrawal. They don’t show you important information on one page about each stock so to find out what a stock or crypto has done over say the last month you have to navigate to another part of the app or check online. You can try this app if you like but I warn you ahead of time you might just hate it as much as I doShow lesslego -my-eggo
Where did my original 1-star review go?
I initially wrote a bad review, 1-star, because of the fact I submitted an ID verification a year ago, got approved and have been trading with no problem, until crypto started picking up then my account and all my assets suddenly became frozen. I couldn’t do anything but let my positions sit there and decline.
I contacted customer service and finally received a human response after about 10 days that they are escalating the issue of my re-verification (now 2nd time), to unfreeze my account. Nothing has happened since then, so we will see if this issue is resolved and I can my not insignificant amount of assets back under my control.
Beyond that, I like the app, they’ve really added a ton of coins in the past year. It does tend to crash during absolute crypto peaks (even on desktop), so always trade safely with a worst-case scenario back up like stop loss or something. Really hope they get their act together and have enough employees to support their rapidly growing platform.Show lessChris.wav
