The app is horrible at notifications, doesn’t send email notifications, doesn’t push notifications when a client messages.
Lost several potential clients. I’ve worked with townsquare to resolve this issue many times to no avail. Avoid using this app if at all possible!!

The Townsquare App keeps me connected to my business in so many ways. I keep in touch with my clients with frequent marketing campaigns and can send estimates from my phone those few times I strike up conversation in public with strangers about my business. Highly recommend.
