Not worth it
There is no point in having a card if you have to have your phone for the app. it’s not worth me caring my phone to a store pulling up the app. just use the money that has accumulated on it so I’d rather not even worry with it. They tell me I have $12 and I told them if I cannot use the card that they gave me. It’s not worth it. I find it very inconvenient so fas rewards is not worth it to meShow lessMommamccall76

Had to download the app- it shows I have $7.00 in my account, there’s a button that says “click one to load to wallet” but when you click on the FasBucks or Fuel buttons, nothing happens. I sent a message for customer service but I doubt that I’ll hear anything- seems from the recent reviews (esp July 2024) that this is a BIG issue. Clerks at the stores have no idea. Terrible app
I detest that I have to use the app to load the Fas Bucks I’ve earned instead of choosing whether to use them at checkout. The most recent update has a bug that will not allow me to load the Fas Bucks to my “wallet” in order to redeem. I have patronized this brand for several years due to the rewards program but will not continue to use them if this bug is not resolved soon.Show lessSassythang80
New update doesn’t work:(
I love being able to use my points at my local gas station, but the new rule of picking rewards or gas does not work. When you try to pick either the rewards or fuel discount in the app nothing happens. So now my points are just stuck unable to be used:(MNiswonger
Update ruined the app
I used to love this app. Then there was an update. Now I keep racking up rewards but it won’t let me use them. It doesn’t let me me click the button to make the rewards usable as FasBucks. I’ve emailed customer service several times, not only for this but other issues in the past, and never, ever have a received a reply, a text message, phone call or any acknowledgment whatsoever.Show lessHonkyKong276

I’ve always loved this app and you can get some good deals however, recently I guess it’s changed where you have to download your points to redeem them and it won’t let you. Definitely a glitch or something.02drops
The worst!
This is the worst app ever!
I shop here all the time. Once in a blue moon it will say I have points. But it will never let me use them.
I show the counter person and all they do is shrug there shoulders like they don’t know. No one can do anything about it so it just resets every time I use the card. I can never use the points. Over the time of having my points like at first I’d be able to use it like first day ever of having it. But then I haven’t been able to use the points for years now. And I can’t even use the load button. For the fuel and the cash. They don’t work. Everything is just wasted!
Probably millions of points wasted over the time of having this. Y’all owe me free gas for life. Cause this is not fair at all.Show lessDBGs LLC
Existing card
When I registered, it asked if I had an existing card and when I put that information in there, it would not accept it so I had to register as a brand new customer. What do I gotta do to transfer my stuff from my existing card since your app system would not let me kept saying system errorDennis, Corpus Christi
Rewards not working for tobacco products
I have been using fas rewards app since it was released. It has been awesome and a great money saver app. Recently, my rewards will not take the 1.70 off two pack of Marlboro products. I am not sure if it’s a glitch or bug.Knowlesf06

I tried to merge my paper card with electronic app and it wouldn’t let me… so I set up the electronic card with another email address and I used it for the first time today to purchase a coffee and I checked my order history and the purchase is not showing!!! I’ll be deleting this app and just use my paper card instead!!!!Show lessChoctawcat
