Waste of time
I got the app to get the free five dollars which I was told by a cashier at the shell station that I could use for gas. Turns out that’s not true. I didn’t use my five dollars for a few days only to see it completely disappear from my account. Why? Was there a time limit? And why is there a time limit? It’s free credit to accrue, right? If I have only a few days to use my credit then why accrue any at all? I’m one starring it for misleading context and false credit that is taken away as soon as you get it. This app is trash
I keeps kicking me off the app claiming error. Even after my thumbprint, email address, and password. I’ve used it twice. Both times I had to use a different email address and start the process over from the beginning. Once I used the free $5 credit. The app no longer worked for my second purchase. Nor would it allow me to link the Fasrewards card to the app, so I wouldn’t need the app if there was a system error. What’s the use of downloading a app that’s only good for one use? Is the app secretly storing my phone’s information? If I enter my information. It claims that the user already exists but it won’t allow me entry.Show lessUnsatisfied.customr
Really loved it until…
Rewards were great until the store on my block hired petty thieves and they pretend to scan my card. When I questioned the price they just said it went up. This morning, my rewards were reflected on my transaction. Those kids do that all the time. I have receipts to prove it bc the only personnel I’m willing to do transactions with works the mornings and the price discrepancies shows this.Show lesscrimson llama

I got the app in hope of saving some money like most people downloading this app, but as I was trying to make an account, it told me that my phone number (or a phone number like mine) has already existed in the system. I am not going to change my number for this stupidity in hope of saving a few cents. If this is just a problem with said system then please reply for beggars can not be choosers and I can just choose to delete the app. I long for a speedily response for this matter and hope that the responder has a enjoyable 2023 year.Show lessKit Estra

I have my card tried so manny time to get my card down low on it it keeps telling me no account you send me notes for the special all the time I was getting 10 cents off until it stoped and I got free stuff so what’s going on with the app I don’t understand. Error message
Ever since the most recent update, I haven’t been able to sign in and redeem my free weekly rewards. At least the older version would automatically apply any free items without all the hassle the new version provides.T Consumer
Won’t let me create my password
Download the app already giving me headaches why? I created my account and keeps saying password bla bla I did put special marks but still saying the same so here I have a app that won’t except my password there’s a name numbers and ?! After update: no transaction history, no reward total, contact us form doesn’t work
An older version of the app had a transaction history, ability to see earned rewards (5¢ off etc), and the contact us form worked great to add a transaction when a location didn’t take my loyalty ID. Now all the good features are gone and the contact us form doesn’t work so there’s no way to get a transaction manually added or even communicate issues with the app.Show lessI can’t choose one

Hate the look and new set up
Hate the new look and wish I could undo the update. The new look it is hard to navigate and the fact that my screen is now so busy it gives me a headache just to look at it. Lost my order history and an easy way to see when my rewards expire. Lost the easy to see list of deals for free stuff with pictures saying buy one get one deals. Keeps asking me for my location which I don’t want to give and can’t turn off it asking. Can’t opt out of emails either it literally will not let you. Also lost my rewards I had saved just updating the stupid thing. If you haven’t updated yet don’t bother.Show lessAnn-Chan89
