  • App constantly crashes on opening - updated

    Developers what are you doing with your time? This app simply does not work (iPhone 15 / latest iOS)

    Update: have deleted and reinstalled and now works. Upgraded to 4 stars.
  • Apple Pay not being accepted

    Tried to pay by Apple Pay 3 times but app wouldn’t accept although saying payment was being processed. In the end had to put in debit card details.
  • Payments

    Quick easy fast efficient and convenient as long as you remember to make payments on time would be beneficial to have alerts

    App not working it keeps logging you out the latest update has not worked please get this fixed asap

  • I am totally blind

    I am totally blind and over 70 but I am keen with technology and this app is very useful for me as a blind person I like using this app has if you know the basics of VoiceOver on an iPhone this app is very good. Hope this is helpful. Thank you. JDT

  • Could be amazing

    For information on your bill and managing your account the app works perfectly however it could be amazing if it had more functionality.

    1. In app messaging - providing the ability to contact customer service through the app via a messaging service. The same way you can ping a message to your bank, wait for a reply and get a notification when a reply is received.

    Perfect when you don’t need an instant reply and beats sitting on a web chat or trying to call and wait in a queue.

    2. Service alerts - tells you about an issue in your area affecting water supplies without having to manually search anywhere.

    3. Ability to report leaks from within the app without being directed to the website.

  • Easy

    I read my water meter every 3 months just to ensure I stay on track with payment. Don’t want to build up debt. The app is such an easy and straightforward way of doing this. Once my reading is submitted any adjustment can be made by NWL. Can see what it may be and know where is stand with my Direct Debit on my next monthly bill. Easy!

  • The water is the best

    My daughter lives in Lincoln and the water there is horrible I always wish I could take my water there whenever I go as even the tea tastes wrong.
  • Ref water bill payment

    I’ve tried for months to get the site to work properly it either crashes or just won’t accept my card details. I had to make a payment today using the call site I went to reinstall the app as it crashed now it has worked fine
