Why does this app fail time after time just when u think it’s got it’s self sorted it crashes again 😡well I ve uninstalled and reinstalled it so hopefully it will work better now

I’ve downloaded this app & tried to create my account I get as far as my name & date if birth push next & nothing absolutely nothing is happening I’ve tried closing the app & restarting it several times still nothing. I’ve now been able to registerXAnne64

App opens, stays on for a few seconds and crashes. I keep thinking update will fix the issue but seems it’s a problem for everyone. This has been a problem for over 6 months which isn’t being fixed when I read other comments.CJAshton7

Update 31 October 2021. It still crashes on my iPhone 6 Plus version 12.5.5. But works on an iPhone 8. So probably just not supported on older phones and software versions.
Giving 4 stars for the working version since it does what is needed.

You can’t even login- says the details are wrong but works fine through the browser. I can’t get access to any of my bills as even on the browser it still says setting account up even though I’ve been here 2 months. The app is no use and needs a better software developer. Downloaded twice, once from a link in the email from my latest bill, once from App Store but as soon as you click to open, it just closes. It says it is compatible with my phone.

App won’t open, tries, comes on the screen fir 2 seconds then goes back to Home Screen.
Deleted it and then tried to download again but it just says open. Can’t download at all. When I hit open it flashes on for 2 secs again but I deleted it. Tortured me for an hour then gave up. No fix offeredGordons Power Mac

App says it has sent an email to verify account. Nothing received . On requesting it to resend it comes up with an error has occurred message.
This occurred after upgrading to the latest version.
Problem was solved by uninstalling the app and then reinstallation. Works OK now. Thanks for your response.Show lessics1234567

It’s long overdue but I’m so glad to see Northumbrian Water (NW) now has an App. It’s so much more convenient to use than the website.
I logged into the new NW App easily using exactly the same login details I normally use to access my account on the NW website.
The App has basic functionality at the moment allowing me to easily access details of my Bill amounts, Payments made, Account Details, amount of next payment plus due date, and Account Balance. It’s the minimum viable product but it is a great start.
I’m looking forward to seeing additional features being added in the future such as the ability to:
1) change payment arrangements such as changing bank details or switching between annual, monthly or weekly payments
2) make one off debit / credit card payments
3) see the underlying details of how the latest Bill amount has been calculated
