We recently started using this app with our Loftilla Scale and so far it’s working as advertised. If over time it continues to work well or if it fails, I will update this review.CDRJJC
Great Record Keeper
It’s been a great tool for me to measure my weight, body fat, bone density, and water weight. One day science has to change the Obesity ratings. If you are doing your best work in keeping healthy everything else is lagniappe.

App doesn’t work well

Terrible
We bought this scale as it claims to be for multiple users. It took forever to get it working where it wouldn’t try to record one person’s weight to the other person’s app. We got a solid month of it working perfectly, then it suddenly stopped functioning properly. The scale doesn’t cycle through all it used to which is fine if it would show up on the app. Now it won’t track me at all, and just randomly logged my husbands weight to me. My husband is far nicer than I am and wants to give it another chance. I’m ready to delete the app and use a more dependable tracking device— myself.cowtowncat
Terribly rude and unprofessional
All I wanted was a scale and an app to record my weight loss journey. Because my body type is different, I have to see them tell me in multiple places that I’m obese. I don’t think I am and really don’t like to be insulted every time I forced to use this app with this scale. Literally seems to drive a person away from using the program.deNovo Hombre
Working fine but needs to alter the app
App seems working fine even with multiple users. I just wish i could view lbs/kgs side by side rather than change it on the setting. Overall it’s okaySan_Ge
I love it
It work great for me but i don’t know if other people in my house can download the up and use it too. So far is just me and i have no problem.

Won’t Record Weight
This app was great until it stopped working. I bought the scale about 2 months ago and it worked perfectly. Then, this morning, I stepped on the scale and noticed I had lost another .5 pounds. I was super excited, so I took a screenshot of it and sent it to an accountability friend. Then, I went back into the app, and today’s measurement had disappeared. The app had replaced my weight in from this morning with one of my very first weigh ins. I thought “hmmm... that’s odd” so I stepped on the scale again to update it. I could see on the screen it was recognizing that I was on the scale and displaying the current number on the “measuring”. But, when that screen went away, it didn’t save and still showed an inaccurate measurement from weeks ago. I tried closing out of the app, turning off blue tooth and turning it back on, restarting my phone, and even deleting the app and redownloading it, but nothing fixed the problem. The scale is great, but the app is pointless if it’s not going to accurately keep track of the scales data over time.sheashri28

App won’t work. Very badly done. Telling me there are over 8 users! Only one user - me. Won’t take data. Won’t use wifi. This app is a mess. Not ready for prime time.Jabberjabberjabber
