App doesn't work
I went through this whole long process with ModivCare to get my friend registered in order to be able to drive me to doctor appointments and get reimbursed. We managed to make him an account but the first time we tried to use the app so he could log the mileage it said that his account was no longer active and to contact the Organization's Circulation Administrator. But there was no contact information or any way to do ANYTHING at all from the app's main screen.
I spent an hour on the phone with ModivCare trying to figure it out and they were stumped. They could see everything about my account and his but couldn't understand why it wasn't letting him log in.
We finally gave up and just downloaded a paper reimbursement form to fill out and send in so he can get paid. We are pretty aggravated and disappointed that we put so much work into trying to make this work - it seems like this should be super simple.Show lessUseless
I can never log in to this app. I always have to call to arrange rides. If I choose forgot password it does not come to my email.Very slow.
This app needs a major overhaul. It takes way too long to load and sometimes after a sign out and you go back to the main screen, it will show as a trip still active. Go back to the sign in and it tells you error THEN updates it.
So the overall issue is, it’s really slow and needs a good overhaul.Show less
