  • App doesn't work

    I went through this whole long process with ModivCare to get my friend registered in order to be able to drive me to doctor appointments and get reimbursed. We managed to make him an account but the first time we tried to use the app so he could log the mileage it said that his account was no longer active and to contact the Organization's Circulation Administrator. But there was no contact information or any way to do ANYTHING at all from the app's main screen.

    I spent an hour on the phone with ModivCare trying to figure it out and they were stumped. They could see everything about my account and his but couldn't understand why it wasn't letting him log in.

    We finally gave up and just downloaded a paper reimbursement form to fill out and send in so he can get paid. We are pretty aggravated and disappointed that we put so much work into trying to make this work - it seems like this should be super simple.

  • Useless

    I can never log in to this app. I always have to call to arrange rides. If I choose forgot password it does not come to my email.
  • Very slow.

    This app needs a major overhaul. It takes way too long to load and sometimes after a sign out and you go back to the main screen, it will show as a trip still active. Go back to the sign in and it tells you error THEN updates it.

    So the overall issue is, it’s really slow and needs a good overhaul.

  • What’s going on

    I downloaded this app to get started but it don’t have an option to sign up only sign in
  • Return trip Check ins

    My only complaint is that you have to check in when you return home for mileage reimbursements. You don’t have to do that on a paper form and I’ve had times when the Internet wasn’t working or I became sick and sometimes I just plain forget to check in after I return home. I go non stop on a daily basis and when I get home I still have to do all the other things and I forget to check in! That’s so frustrating!

  • Disappointed

    I am not impressed with this app at all. Does not work like it supposed to and you cannot get any help through customer service.
  • Can’t log in

    How in the heck does one log in to this crazy app? I was told that I can do my own mileage requests by getting this app. Now all I can do is open it. It goes straight to a log in page with no way to set up a login. I called back to customer service. They said they have no idea how to use it and gave me another number to call. That number said to call customer service! It’s a vicious cycle! Would love to be self sufficient here but I can’t!!!

    Hi, when you are added as a Mileage Reimbursement driver for a member (or yourself) you will get a welcome e-mail with instructions on how to register for the app. If that e-mail was lost in the shuffle please contact our app support team (M-F 6am-6pm ET) at 800-597-2049.
  • Great App

    This is a great app. I’ve been using it for about 2 to 3 months with only one error in that time. I would like to make a suggestion though. Is there a way to show which trips have been paid out whether by color coding or some other way? It would save drivers not having to call each week to confirm which trips have been paid.

    just downloaded the app Can not get it to accept my phone # so can not complete set up
  • When working correctly 5 star , not working 1 star

    Most of the time it’s working correctly I give it five stars unfortunately lately it’s not been correctly and I’m getting aggravated with it and I need it for job. As of right now I cannot sign in
