It started off good
The app started off really good. I was able to clip coupons, scan the products and get the money added to my wallet without any problems. However the past couple months things have gone downhill. When scanning an item, it takes about 4 tries before I get a message that says it matches. I also never used to have a problem getting credit for everything I purchased with the coupons, but now I only get credit for about 60% or so. I tried emailing customer service on my missing credits, but never got a response. I’m just going to stop using it. It’s more of a hassle than what it’s worth.

I can’t use it because I can’t complete my registration. Asking for local store but it is not on the list.
Shopping
I’ve just downloaded this app but I must be stupid because I can’t find a way to shop on it, much less for pick up. I realize the app says Harps Rewards but the only other app in my store was Harps Rx. I’ve tried the help, but it was no help. Guess I will have to continue with Walmart and Kroger.
Super Unoptimized
The app is way too slow and heats up my phone quite a bit. Loading times are atrocious. The battery was going down even while it was plugged in.
If you want the people behind you to get pissed…
…download and use this app, because the cashiers never have any idea how to use it. And so they call someone over who doesn’t know either, but they still scan the bar code and “beep”, but you never get any rewards.

Your store is great but the app well I was taught if I can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all so I won’t say no more

Not sure why it says rewards
This app is basically for grocery pick up or shopping list. You get a small handful of coupons that you have to “clip” and there are no actual rewards for using the store.
Still crashing
My app is still crashing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it’s still crashing. Can you please fix that?
Needs lots of improvements
Can’t Zoom in on pictures of items and scanning items does not work.
