Really Bad
It’s obvious there aren’t any people caring who work on this app. This the 2.3 rating. The company Fluid for my scooter is just as bad if not worse. I have only been able to connect the app to my scooter once? In 8 months. Trying to get any tech help on the app or help with the scooter is equally terrible. Don’t pay for the extended warranty or insurance as it doesn’t do you any good. I will selling the scooter at the end of the year and when I purchase a new one, if it has the King Song app, won’t buy it. When emailing support for either company, you are asked to send a video of what is wrong, on the phone that you can’t video. It is such a canned response.Does not connect to S22
