Really Bad
It’s obvious there aren’t any people caring who work on this app. This the 2.3 rating. The company Fluid for my scooter is just as bad if not worse. I have only been able to connect the app to my scooter once? In 8 months. Trying to get any tech help on the app or help with the scooter is equally terrible. Don’t pay for the extended warranty or insurance as it doesn’t do you any good. I will selling the scooter at the end of the year and when I purchase a new one, if it has the King Song app, won’t buy it. When emailing support for either company, you are asked to send a video of what is wrong, on the phone that you can’t video. It is such a canned response.djsooshi

App is trash
It doesn’t really track anything. At least not for me, I’ve had my s22 going probably about 40mph, doesn’t save that info, doesn’t save routes, I mean for the money I spent on this thing it should be updated and great. Better than a Onewheel, but the Onewheel app functions 1000% better.FatPay
Can not register
This is my 5th wheel, I love this little wheel and the app, but there is no support or information on how to register, only error messages. It ask for an image code and a verification code. Image code is sent but verification code never is, only error messages. Very frustrating. Otherwise the app is fine. I hope it gets resolved then I will give 5 stars.RedRoosterMan
Colors and speed settings are nice but need improvement
I enjoy changing the colors, but I can’t change the color of my KingSong 14s when charging or staying still… it’s always green. Like when staying still, shouldn’t the colors keep their color and rotation setting? And when charging, the color should be adjustable too right?
I am not sure if it’s a software or a hardware issue but it certainly won’t be bad to have :)
Also speed settings for ks 14s and others too have the device beeping when reaching specific speed. Maybe the volume of beeps can be adjusted too? Or something less noticeable? Otherwise I am fine with it 👍User4326912
Do NOT try to connect the to older wheels!!
I connected this app to a KongSong 14c and it bricked the wheel instantly. Reading on the forums it seems like a common problem where the app tries to push a firmware update to the wheel that is not compatible. The result is that the wheel is completely unusable! All I can do now is turn the lights on and off.oarheiljer

Bluetooth broken
Bluetooth cannot even stay connected for a 30 minute ride.
The speed charts etc are broken, too.
The app gets more buggy with every update.
