Hi Mr. Ghanim, thank you for your feedback on the recent changes to our ENBD X Mobile Banking App. We strive to make our Mobile Banking App as user-friendly and efficient as possible. Apple pay was earlier discontinued even in the previous version of the App however, you may add your credit card to Apple pay by going to your device settings - Wallet and Apple Pay, then click on 'Add card'. Please ensure that in general tab which in settings also, the language and region is set to UAE. Thank you for your understanding and banking with us.
The worst bank ever
After 1 year i decided to cancel my insurance policy and stop automatic deduction from my account, they telling me ok ok we will stop it , but again in the begging of next month i see they deducting money again. Now is more than 7-8 month im following up trough bank office and their different online and different communication ways and try to cancel this ; but they still stealing money from my account.
