Always different issues

Good idea to update old version off application. Design not bad However this one always has issues before was a lot issues with logging after with local transfers, now not working international transfers. Mobile banking application without mobile banking services is useless.

Bloated and annoying

The app itself is generally OK, but some of the basic functionality is so badly designed that it’s baffling. The constant notifications to amortise spend; the perpetual pop-ups to invest in whatever the flavour of the month is, the aggravating pushing of products…the marketing team or whomever is responsible for this nonsense should be fired, because it ruins the user experience. Also frustrating how you can’t easily manage beneficiaries directly, how funds transfers reset to the wrong accounts…just poor design and bad execution.

So many better applications

Why nbd can’t afford to make user friendly app like so many nice banks around the world.
Statement way of seeing your expense is not nice and is not working on older system forcing user to upgrade all the time to new phone and software. It should work on all.
My husband has old phone that he like and he can’t do anything on his iphone8 is ridiculous that to pay his card he need to go to cash mashine and he can’t transfer money without it!
Is joke … such a professional bank with such a week app. Look into mBank in Poland or Lloyds in Uk maybe you can learn and use it in NBD. All the best if anyone ever read this !
