Do NOT download…

Once you’ve downloaded this new app, you can’t use the old app anymore, and you can get locked out of your accounts for weeks. The new app is just terrible; AVOID.

Paying other bank’s credit card became very difficult

New mobile app is useless! I couldnt pay my other bank’s credit card at all.

Nascent app that needs a lot of fixing

By the time you get to this page it is already too late as you would have opted to the new system but I hope you are reading it before you do that. DO NOT DOWNLOAD or OPT IN to the new system. It is still very basic though the UI is nice. So many features required to move from the old to the new platform and without those ENBD X is taking customers 30 steps backwards. For example, you can no longer pay multiple bills together. And For the apple App Store community manager, before you tell me reach out to the developers, I did with a list as long as the wall of China. I urge you to tell the dev team to give me a call.

GARBAGE! Do not download!!

This app will block you from using the old version! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS! How is this what the largest bank in the country comes out with? It's not beta - it's a trap.

Horrible!

I absolutely hate it, I want my old app back. Saying few bugs gives the impression that the app works to begin with. This is not a beta this a non functional waste of time, and I can’t even access my old app back.

Takes too long to load

It takes ages just to load the account balances and transactions. Missing linked credit card. Not responsive.

Does not work

Does not work at all for me - never goes past the initial logo screen.

Wrote to the developer as per their reply, never heard back.

Pathetic experience!
