App stopped working after upgrading to iOS16
If you can dedicate the resources to update your app regularly, donโt launch it.
And it is despicable that you donโt allow customers to divert back to the regular app. Worst kind of development. I am moving to Mashreq Neo.

Absolute disgraceful App
For one of the big banks of UAE this app is an absolute disgrace. Any other country in the world the top level bosses would have been fired. An app where you donโt have direct access to money instantly, no idea how a retail bank can get away with something like this. The saddest part is that they do not even acknowledge the app is faulty. I his has been going on for months and still there are no changes made or bug fixes. I am sure lot of users feel the same.

Worst app ever
Since the new upgrade to NbdX I have to pay more fees to transfer money internationally. I cannot even send AED abroad, but only USD, EUR or GBP which are converted as per nbd rates. I donโt have the option to select OUR to pay for the fees but I am forced to select SHARED which resulted in a 25$ fee from an intermediary bank last time I tried to transfer.
I am honestly considering changing bank since I cannot go back to the old app. Very very frustrating and disappointed

Horrible experience to with App
I want to be able to get back to the previous version.
Worse decision was updating to this one.. very bad experience so far full of bugs.. no credit card statement.. nothing clear about my card payment or refunds.. always changing numbers like itโs a joke but itโs our hard earned money what we talk about in here.. it has to be fully functioning, high reliable and trustworthy before forcing your clients to update with the option to opt-out. if you continue this way you will lose your clients trust. Please fix it before itโs too late

old version of NBD apps is better user friendly that this new one
Very bad update
The application has a lot of bugs..itโs very slow in reflecting transactions when you do any online transfer..credit card part is the worse you can never know how much is pending or total balance as the update might take days !

Completely non functional. Most of the times my accounts are not displayed, transfers donโt go through. I am trying to add my card to Apple Pay and I am asked to use the new app. It doesnโt have the functionality to add a card to Apple Pay!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Do not opt to try the new software on the old app! This app is VERY glitchy and slow. Once you log into the new app, you cannot use the old ENBD app.
Bad App
If there is less than one star I would have selected it. Since I upgraded to this version Iโm no more able to make international transfer to any new beneficiary who was not on the list before upgrade it keeps saying ยซ failure, address input invalid ยป This is not my case only but also some other friends are having same issue. Itโs really frustrating as by upgrading we expect better options not a downgrade! This is happening for more than 2 months and despite the calls to customer service the answer ยซ there is a bug and we will be soon releasing a new version of the app ยป when this corrective version will be released, none knows!!!!!!!!!

Not happy with this new app
I faced and wasted so much time logging in and still not able to login to new app , it says update email, but as soon as I click on cancel or update. Page automatically goes back to login details and if I opened the old ENBD app then that is also frozen as it says download the new app.
Now I am not able to use any app.
