Latest update is great.
app is broken
it doesn’t work and blocks old version from reinstalling
Why not the designers do their job? Or did they?
us customers will never know if its the internal politics of a banks thats so hierarchically heavy and egotisitically opinionated with pen-pushing management who are not allowing a practical and meaningful app to exist, OR if the same management team just (refreshingly) said after the last app redesign debacle.. “OK, we admit we got it wrong. How would you do it Design Team?” And gave them a carte blanche shot at redesigning it for this round of total flip-script app update…
Talk about jumping from the frying pan into the fire from a UX and UI point of view! Meanwhile, us customers are forced (again) to put up with whatever internal bet or joke ENBD Execs are running..

Missing cards
I thought the old app was bad but now that I saw the new one I must say I was wrong!! This new one is the very bad one! The look is modern and nice but other than that everything else is a step backwards! And what about my prepaid cards which are not showing anywhere in the app?! Please fix this ASAP since I am unable to use the old one anymore

Lack many key features
Nice new UI ,however few main features are missing that were there on the old app that worked perfectly why do i have ti manually type what i need to pay for my credit card?it should have pay (open text) ,pay min (n) and pay all .
International transfers and recent list is not up to date and i lost all history of beneficiaries.
No way to go back to the old app or even choose which one upon login, all the old features need to be back or keep both apps as a hybrid solution till all features are migrated to the new app.
Please find a better way to manage this transition .

I will be changing banks due to this upgrade
Taking my money to another bank. App is buggy, does not show proper statements and is worse than previous app.

Nothing surprising from ENBD and their bad service.
One time my current account disappears, the other time i can’t find my credit card balance.
Sometimes it freezes.

- Do not migrate to this app, its a trap ! Once you do you can’t use the old one.
-the old one is the best one out there. Better than this one for sure.
-this app is full of problems, and most of all not user friendly neither intuitive… you’ve been warned.

VERY GLITCHY
NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS. DO NOT UPGRADE. It’s too glitchy. App is flickering like a Christmas tree. The necessary details when sending money is gone like the exchange rate. Important functions are missing like the passport update. Even the web access is horrendous. I wish I had never updated the app. Dont fix what’s broken!!!!! I wish I could revert back to the old app😡😡😡😡😡

How is it possible to upgrade an app to be 100 times worse than the original? The user journey is horrible and illogical, the developer tired to prioritize design over function and I have never been more infuriated than when dealing with the ineptitude of this app. Dead end registration loops, no back buttons, it doesn’t show how much youve spent on your card but rather the limit left as if that’s helpful in any way??? I’m actually going to close my account with eNBD because of this app.
