I have watched many professional artists on U-Tube and dreamed of painting even half as well. Michael J Smith’s tutorials are a joy to watch and he really gets you involved in every part of his painting. He helps by revealing many tricks and short cuts for any subject in easily understood ways demonstrating them in real-time. The best tutorials for me, as he paints the scenes which mean a lot me. His classes are well worth the fee. I'm happy to have joined and say thank you for sharing so much of your undeniable talent. I purchased a number of his brushes and some of his very high quality canvas boards. Both make a real difference to end result of your hard work. I improved from the very first lesson.

He provides an FAQ, the tools and paints to follow along, source images and describes the techniques & application methods at every stage. I cant recommend Michael highly enough. The place to learn how to paint!
If you really want to learn to paint then this is the program for you! I have learned so much from Micheal. He is an amazing teacher and leads you through every step and process to help you excel at painting realistic landscapes, animals, portraits and still life’s. he shares not just techniques but many tips and tricks to achieving realism. His tutorials are detailed but easy to follow, and I find myself going back to various sections to refresh my memory when I embark on my own paintings that are separate from his tutorials because of course the same principles apply! From beginner to expert he can facilitate your journey of learning and achievement. I have taken many on line painting courses and he is by far the best for helping me to learning painting techniques that I can apply in any painting.
